problem with creation of API

hi,

I have some picture,video,text information is there.i stored these information in Mysql database using php.Now i have the requirement is to that database information needs to be converted to 4-6 lines of java code and then that code gets emebeded to a page.which then n turn talk our servers thorugh a api and then converts the code into the pic and the video and the text.In that how i create the API.After that creation of API how i write the java code using API .plz help me.
