US Based PHP Programmer For Network Classified Site

1) Project Details: I am looking for a webmaster/ php programmer to complete a 2 year disaster project I started offshore, okay it is not that bad. But I am now giving up on offshore programmers.

I need an affodable US based programmer to finish the tasks at hand. I would give better description but the last forum I posted this in now shows up in search engines under keywords I would not like to be referenced with.

Long and short of it, basically I have used elance for years. But tired of their FEES to the programmers, and my luck offshore.

2) Payment Amount: Project 1,000.00 - 2,000.00 : With ongoing programming options and improvements. I like technology and open to improvments.

3) Payment method/ details : Paypal, I would like to get it down within 30 days. A strong PHP programmer or 2 person team could knock it out in that time frame or less. (I think).

4) Additional Info: I am using a new programmer this week he is on a week performance probation. He wanted the job, new to elance so I gave him a chance he was very eager and hungry, I like that. But I am already unsure of his capabilities.

New programmer will need to have good design skills and video upload experience.
