Installing jquery cycle plugin onto a blog.

Hey guys, I found this jquery cycle plugin: http://malsup.com/jquery/cycle/

and I have a blog on which I want to install/use this.... thing is I hardly know anything about coding and just a minor bit about blogging.

If anyone can tell me how to go about this I would really appreaciate it.
