htaccess - Rewrite 1and1 ssl.perfora.net

Hey everyone,

I'm a little new here, and I have a quick (maybe it's not quick, i dunno) question about htaccess.

I don't know how many of you have dealt with 1and1.com, but there shared SSL plan adds the following to a secured url:

Normal SSL url: https://www.yourwebsite.com

Shared 1and1 url: https://ssl.perfora.net/www.yourwebsite.com

Does anyone know the htaccess code to get rid of "ssl.perfora.net/"? I appreciate it.
