Requesting Help / Quote To Build Search

I need to have someone help me build a search engine similar to these two:

I'm trying to help a friend out who is a realtor. I have all the codes for the boxes, etc. I just can't figure out to have it search her page. I don't have her page published yet because I'm doing it all on my computer - but I just need help getting this to search her listings on her own website.

Any ideas / or a quote of how much to do it would be GREATLY appreciated. Thanks

If this is an MLS database I can tell you you're going to need to become familiar with the services your particular MLS offers. Your friend will likely be paying the MLS $100 just to access the data using their website via an iframe, and more $$ to get direct access to the data. You need to figure all of that out with your realtor friend.
