Need estimate for website design

Dear members,

I hope you are all doing well and I am just writing to see how much money I'm looking at spending for website design.

I need a:

6-8 page website with:

-Member Section (Members may upload pictures to profile and avatars to forums)

-Database to store many books that looks proffessional and opens up a new page for every book with a nice and proffessional display

-Forums (same idea as this site, but on one web page on the site)

-Search option on the front page where users can start their search right away for books

-Customized Logo/Images (NO FLASH NEEDED FOR THIS WEBSITE)

I also forgot to mention that I have a fully customized template on the site already. You can see it at getub.com, so let me know if that will cut down the costs.

The graphics are all sliced, so the buttons and the Login is separate and just needs to be connected to pages or databases.
