Auto Vote (Bot) Program / TopList Related

1) Project Details: The main reason of this program will be to add votes in a specific toplist automatically.For example there are some toplists that people are using for their servers to vote and they get ranked...so this program will somehow add votes every minute or the selected time.Let's clear it more.We have this toplist : www.xtremetop100.com , and as you can see there are many servers and other websites listed there and by the number of their votes they are getting ranked.I know that it is possible because some users are already using it, so i need a program that will auto add votes in a place like above.

2) Payment Amount: Payment amount will be really good, of course depending on how good your work is.Iam willing to pay as much as needed if the programmer does a great job! ( $100 - $400 ) depending on how many toplists of which iam going to give you , you are also able to create such a program.

3) Payment method : Paypal (Or Western Union or Bank Transfer depending on what is more convenient to the programmer)

4) Additional Info : The programmer should speak quite good english and should really know some technics of the above.There is no country limitation so i can hire anyone!Of course iam in need of a quite professional or at least really skillful with such programs.

I could probably do it but are you talking about a script or an application and are you trying to fake votes (as in automate votes to the site?) If so it's easier to do with a program, then it is with a server side script - but of course can still be done. The only problem is that doing so requires a large amount of unique IP addresses - so you'll need a list of working proxies. PM me the toplists and I'll see if it's possible or if I can do it or not..depending on what kind of technology they're using it may or may not be possible.
