HTML/CSS/PHP (ect) Topics

I think it should be made a rule to more closely request what you need help with in your title. There are numerous titles I see such as "stuck again" or "need help". It should better describe the problem to maximize the search engine here, as well as just make it easier to get help. I guess it's more of a preference thing, but when you're using the search button a lot, it would sure help to have topic titles specific to what the topic is about. Just my opinion.

evo is an unknown quantity at this point
We implement infractions for meaningless/non-descriptive titles for threads in an attempt to curb these posts. When we initiate them, they are sent with a PM to the individual reminding them of the rules.

Looks like I'm a bit guilty too. I didn't catch that in the rules when I read them.

If I see one more "Works in FF not in IE!!" post in HTML/CSS I might flip out.
