estimate for a project?

Hello I am thinking of starting a paid project on various web dev sites but I have no idea what price range I am looking at so I was wondering if some experienced web developers here could give an non conservative estimation/ ball park figure for my project from past experience or knowledge of the market.

*note this isnt an offer for paid work*

I currently own a very very basic file hosting site, its only a few days old but if I get enough interest in my site I eventually want to have it totally rewritten with many many more features.

I am looking for freelancer/ team of freelancers that have a high standard of knowledge in the following subjects.
ajax (maybe?)
php
Mysql
Css
Xhtml
Photoshop
Flash
Seo
general php script optimisation

The site with have around 20 different features of which I dont want to list all but a few are

1. video, file (of any type without being able to comprimise my server), image and audio hosting and flash hosting

2. streaming and download links to files

3. toplist of files, downloads,videos,flash files,images (uploader has choice to make their file public or not).

4. weekly polls how to improve the service

5. referal program

6. many more features

I would say this project would need at an uneducated guess arround 200+ man hours to get it "perfected" with a well experienced fast coder, probably more.


I know I havent listed all the features BUT the ones I have provided are the "main" features and would like an estimate based around those features.
