Any good book to learn Flash

I know photoshop and other programming languages such as C, ASP, COldfusion and HTML, Javascritp etc.

Can any one suggest me a nice book which has projects and very good learning for Flash MX?
I dont know flash

flash mx 2004 bible. and flash mx 2004 actionscript bible. Will have everything you ever need to know about flash at the beginner/med level.

Alternatively, you can use the online help that comes with the Package. I used this and it's quite good. By the time you're through with that, you'll be able to continue on your own.
