apache running problem

I installed the easyphp pacakge, which includes apache, mysql, php, and phpmyadmin.
The problem is when I run the easyphp I see mysql running, but I recieve a massege about apache said that it can't be runned, because another web server is running.
I checked in the administrative tools in the control panel and I didn't see the IIS server running.
is there any way to no which web server is running on my pc so that I can disable it????

This doesn't have anything to do with PHP. This should have been posted in the Other Serverside Issues forum.
