Need help with content moving on page resize

The problem I'm having is that the content is in a wrapper which keeps it from moving out of line, but I need to be able to position the content at an exact location, I've tried ussing padding and that seems to work until i shrink the browser then the content moves to the left, so what I need is for the content to be at an exact point as well as move according to the window size.
