Create a home page that looks like this

Hi all,

I have basic knowledge in HTML/css though I'm not an active developer.

Usually, when required I use a template I like and modify it with dreamweaver

I want to create a simple home page that looks like this :

www.everything.me

Key elements:

1. background image on entire work screen
2. changing images in the middle
3. A few links

That's all.

Can someone direct me on the fastest way to implement it ?

Thanks

This is not a simple page and no one here programs for free. You could go to http://www.codingforums.com/forumdisplay.php?f=47 on this forum and hire someone to do it for you. As I said this is not a simple web page.
