Want to Outsource programming projects through Programmersbyhour - any experiences?

I have been reading about outsourcing programming projects through Programmersbyhour or someone else. It seems like a good idea if you could get someone you trust, even for few hours. Has anyone ever used this strategy? Because once we get going it will be impossible to do everything ourselves.

Anytime you enter into a situation like this it is a gamble. Unless you actually know the person doing the work or you have a reliable source to verify the perspective coders credentials you are at their mercy..
