download option every time logged in IE

Hi everytime i log into the site i get this popup asking me to down load this. Im sure its prob just some advertising shared image since ie goes to download now rather than show image like FF does.

But regardless can you please do something about this annoying deal.

Interesting, i loaded the forum in FF just to test it and i got a popup window and inside that window was this, so maybe something is not correct with the way this was done?
