How to improve this design?

How can I improve this design? I've just felt a bit demotivated because I've been dealing with a difficult person.

Like it. Nice clean lines like the places they represent. Two things I didn't like. images took too long to load, maybe preload them and using pdf for the menus.

Try to make the manu bar on the above of slider , it will look great there. Mostly the sides on the website are used for advertisement material. Also you should make the logo little bit shorter.
