Looking to form group for web idea

I know this isn't the first time this is being said. But I've had an idea for an unconventional website for quite some while.This idea of mine however is very unconventional. It hasn't been done yet and of course I understand why. However I believe this site can make a profit.

I do have a simple business plan for it, and drew a small rough draft of what the website interfaces should look like. I've also know where the profit should come in from and also the idea for expanding it. Because the profit plan for this website is a little bit "unique", it's much of a gamble whether or not it will work at all. So I'm not going to said this idea will work. The way I've thought about it is, the idea for my site must meet certain objective in the require order first for it to continue expanding. And I've got those objective thought out (as much as I can without going over the top). So anyone who is willing to join me, can see very fast whether or not the site will improve further and can quit at certain stages if they feel the the site is becoming a dead cause.

I would like to share equity in the business with anyone whose interested and willing to invest their time, helping me build the website.

I've would like to mention I have no technical background and cash to hire a team of developer of any sort. I study business management, and a few class on innovation and entrepreneurship in college, however after losing my job, I could no longer afford classes. What I'm looking for is anyone whose interested in starting from scratch and building the site from the ground up.

I've posted before in this thread mentioning of just "having fun". However I want to take this seriously and invest in its development as a real startup.

I'm a quite experienced web developer (mainly working with PHP) and I'm interested about this. Though I of course can't say that I want to work with you until I get to know at least some basic information about this planned website.
So please send me a PM with some details if possible. Though I of course understand if you don't want to expose too much information if this idea is unique and you don't want someone to steal it.
