Need help creating a twitter app please help!

Hey so i'm new to these forums, and I didn't know where else to go to be assisted with creating an application, but I thought at least posting here would be a step forward. I know nothing about computer programming and am very fascinated by the way that text can change into a useful resource that makes life easier. can someone point me in the right direction in how i might go about creating an application like this one? please help! would love any assistance if any!

This forum is not a free coding service. As a general rule, the people helping out in this forum don't write code for others, but try to help with fixing code that doesn't work. You may perhaps get someone to write this script for you, but you'll be far more likely to get help if you have made a substantial effort and written some code yourself. Then someone here will almost certainly help you correct/improve your work.

You say "I know nothing about computer programming". If I were you I would (a) learn or (b) forget the idea. You are not looking for assistance which this forum exists to provide. You want someone else (highly skilled) to do the whole thing for you - for nothing, of course.
