Question Need help with creating a menu bar using css3

I like to create a menu bar like the one in the evernote using css3. Is anyone using evernote? I'm not able to attach the image here to show how it looks. I'm new to css3 and not sure how to do this. I'm a backend person. Any help will be appreciated. Thank you in advance.

Hi Frankie

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Evernote

And you have to download evernote from this link

http://evernote.com/evernote/

I don't think I can attach a image here from my computer. I'm not sure how to do the top div with two different color gradients.

Thank you for your reply.
