I have a project and i want i aplication in javascript asp or another language , that can search into a database X
for example when we write "schools" in textbox i want to return like answere , the number of times that this word is into database

i hope help me! this is a project for schools , and the subject is Datamining

Cannot be done in pure JavaScript or any JS library. You have to have a server-side solution (like you said, ASP, PHP, ColdFusion, etc.)

You could use AJaX to call a server-side script that will do a SELECT from a database.
