What should I do with my website of this business?

I been running it as a web agency type of business for last few months, find it harder then i thought it would be.

I like to keep this site and domain. I am thinking of other ideas of an online business i could do?

What other ideas or suggestions can one do as an online business?

Otherwise what could I do with this website i have and domain?

You might want to learn more about online marketing strategies.

There are two main categories - free marketing and payed marketing.

Free marketing can be blogging and conecting on social networks like facebook, twitter with people from your niche.

Paid marketing is PPC(pay per click) PPV(pay per view) and so on.

I recommend that you start by researching internet marketing forums. You can find them on google easy. Just type something like top 10 internet marketing forums.

Maybe just freshen the site up for a start before you decide what to do with it. I work for a web agency and when I looked at the site the first thing I noticed was the animated advertisments - which would instantly put me off considering to go with you as a web agency. No offence, but if a potential client thinks you're paying for your site through advertisments then they would assume that your not the biggest company and this would cast doubts on your integrity and your financial backing behind the company.

If you're receiving money through those adverts could you not switch to cheaper hosting and lose them? Also I'd take a look at the design in general and see what you could change - I noticed a lot of centred text which has always been a no-go for me.

A web development company's website should leave me wanting something just as unique and 100% full of awesomeness. It should have character and originality. I would start there. Also, as one of the previous posters said, start a blog and maybe do reviews of website designs or news in technology.

You need to do more off page optimization to be a stable owner of your site.Once you started to do then you no need to go for clients they will march towards your sites once you build your site in a quality way.
