php experts needed to make ultoo scripts

hi all......

i am vijay i want to make ultoo.com sms sending script.. poll script and quiz script.. i am in a forum but php experts there providing scripts but someone leaking that scripts on facebook. so its getting banned every 4 to 5 days.. please someone make script for me.. or give any idea to automatically make this type of script... thanks...........

Why is the script getting banned? Perhaps it has unethical uses?

No one is going to "make" you a script, for free at least.

There is no way to "automatically make this type of script".

You will need to learn how to write this script, which is what this forum is for, helping you reach your end goal; not carrying you there.
