Email client in Window 8

Can someone please tell me what is the Windows 8 email client called?

I mean the same as Outlook Express NOT the full Outlook
Also how do I get to set up my email account in it?

All help much appreciated

There is a Mail icon in the Tile Start menu

I would prefer the Mozilla Thunderbird. Its really amazing and helpful to me to have connected with my inbox. Also I would suggest to use the Outlook too..
