Fix footer at bottom of page, and extend sidebar all the way down?

Basically I'm trying to fix my footer at the bottom of the page and make the side bar extend all the way down to the footer.

I've been tweaking my code for hours to find a solution to this, and I'm just learning and I finally decided to join this forum.
