Ebay template help

Hi All,

I am trying to set up a new template in ebay. The code works fine in dreamweaver and does exactly what I want it to do in three browsers (IE, chrome, firefox). But every time I go to upload into Ebay as code, ebay inserts about a 1000 ;nbsp tags and also destroys the layout of the template. Could someone please help me fix the code attached so that ebay will accept it and not mess everything up.

Feel free to remove my Javascript if you believe that is causing the issue but I have seen no violation of ebay's policy with the java that I have used.

Two things to note:
1. There is some tags in the code such as [INVENTORY CONTROL]. These populate with data which comes from my selling manager program so please ignore these.

2. The white space at the top of the template is the image gallery which you can see from the code also populates from the selling manager program. It appears blank as I have used java to hide images when they fail to load.

I would be so appreciative if someone could help me with this, as I am really stuck at the moment and need to get this template done asap.

Thanks in advance.
