2nd level menu clicking works on website, not on mobile...

I am developing a site that is near finished, except there is one issue. It is in Bootstrap, and the responsive menu works great. So, if you shrink down the browser, you can test the responsive menu and click to the 2nd level of it, and it works.

Now, if you view the URL on a smartphone, you first tap the responsive menu and it opens as it should. Then, try to open the second level (about or portfolio). Nothing happens. It works in browsers, but not mobile?

But its often preferable to go directly on the target with one unique level like something like this

Sorry @007julien you're not making sense to me. Why wouldn't it work on a phone and work in a browser?

Perhaps because the code used is not cross browsers ?
