What i m looking for is that:

Our customer will buy from us an unlock code for his phone using paypal, once he pays we will send him a link to his email to login to our website (each client should have different login) so he can put his phone information to processes the unlock ..
at the same page we want him to be able to check the status of the unlock procedure ..(check status)
we will add to this page the information depends on what he bought .. the information to unlock LG phone isn’t the same as NOKIA phone .. this is just an example .. so he can only enter the information for what he bought ..
we will have 2 kinds of unlocks ..
1- Inside application that will unlock 2 models, so once he submit his information, the onsubmit will send this information to our application and get a response, this response we will forward it to him by e-mail and will be available on the his login page (check status)
2- Outside api that we will send the information to a third party and wait a response from them, once we have it, we will forward it to the client and on his login page.
