Chrome, Firefox and IE

First, let me thank you for providing a place to ask questions.

I am working on a custom Word Press theme and I am having some issues with the CSS rendering properly across the three main browsers.
The main content box is showing too high, and is hidden behind the large image.

Firefox is showing the correct format of the page, while Chrome and IE are close, but not close enough.

the page is at:
http://kuacm.org

the CSS is 2800 lines long (wordpress) so I did not include it here.
However, the link to CSS is:
http://kuacm.org/wp-content/themes/P...gies/style.css

Any help is very much appreciated.

Thank you.
