How to use gmail SMTP in my PHP
I am using a free hosting so I can't use the mail() function ...

So plz tell me how to use my gmail account for sending mails via the PHP script ...

You can install XAMPP on your local machine and use the included Mercury mailer to send emails if you're too cheap to pay for hosting.

If you have no mail() on your host the odds are that you're also unable to use sockets. If thats the case then you can't use smtp at all. You're effectively locked in and unable to do anything than run a basic website.
