Well, $1,000 for this is a pretty risky investment. Consider the following:

1.8 Pageviews / user (from your stats for Oct)
time 5,219 visitors gives you about 10,000 total page views / month.

Even with a very nice CPM of 1.00, you have the "potential" to make $10 / month.

At a $1000 price tag, that means the ROI is over 8 years!

If we value the site based on current revenue, the only value is the domain name.

I don't think you've got much here other than a $20 - $50 site. My suggestion is to monetize the site first, then re-post for sale when you have some revenue numbers to back it up.

I've changed the stats ... now there are around 40.000 views/month and growing.

However I didn't say it is cheap and yes a risk is involved in the project. But the case with the risk ... is in every investment.

Hey, I'm interested in your site, I have a few quirks with your evaluation though.

You seem to have a lot of backlinks, so I looked up your PR, and you're only at PR2. I thought that to be strange for a site with over 3,000 backlinks. So I looked it up on Alexa, and you only have about 180 unique backlinks, most of which are from random forums and blog comments, and aren't exactly adding much value.

It also shows that about 40% of your traffic is from Romania...
DigSiteValue shows 385 unique countable (non-bot non-proxy) impressions per day.

Can you offer some more recent statistics?

• What the revenue sources are
• Your costs (server, marketing, etc)
