Bootstrap problems

Hi guys, Last resort here, this is blowing my mind and thought as my uni web teacher is currently away I'm looking for a bit of help.

I'm using Bootstrap CSS within my document. I'm using the grid method which allows spans up to a max of 12. I am currently using two span6's but when I maximize my browser, it places them vertically, if it's windowed, they are perfect.

I can provide code and stuff if needed.

Cheers

Hello Scottio,
Your screencaps show what is happening but there is no way to know why without seeing the code. A link to the test site is always best.
