I am looking for a chat that my users will be able to pay before entering the chat. Any platform like that.

Whatever that is, it will not be Javascript. Ask in the PHP forum. But why would anyone want to pay to enter your chatroom?

I don't know if you will get something that does both together. Better get a solid chat script - and do some custom coding for credit card processing.

As mentioned before, this is not simple javascript - core functionality of both is PHP. Checkout in hotscripts for a PHP script.
