Need help with adjusting my website to any browser and resolution

Hello there,
I'm in an advanced stage of building my website, it's in hebrew but I believe you don't need to understand its contents to help me.
My website for some reason is shown differently in different resolutions and browsers, especially in mobile ones.
I need some help to fix my css code to make my website shown in full screen in any browser or screen resolution.

I'm willing to pay a symbolic fee for a kind help.
My website is www.mypresent.co.il

Thanks in advance

What you need to do is something called Responsive Web Design. I haven't done a responsive layout yet, but that is what you need.
