I Need assistance with Python Programming

Back in high school I took C++ and Java, but that was years ago and I can only understand a little of it. I was able to do the first program, but the second program requires additional modification of the program.

First program was basically entering a value (Fahrenheit) and the value would be converted into Celsius.

Now the Professor wants us to edit the program we just wrote w/ these directions, but I am completely lost on what exactly he is asking us to do, or how to write this.
