Help with a jscript script for W=Live Plus! Messenger?
Hey everyone. I'm Patrick. Thanks in advance for taking the time to read this. I've been looking for a way to roleplay via Live Messenger, and there aren't any good scripts that I can find. If someone could take the time to write a simple one for me, it would be greatly appreciated. I'm not really looking to pay for one, but if it is a must we can talk. It'll be a simple script, just a text based combat simulator. Like, be able to imput two (or more, maybe even teams.) characters HP, Speed, Damage (like, 1-100 or something.), and if location, cover, and other combat variables could be added it would be great. (The more detailed, the more likely I would be willing to pay.) This forum is not a free coding service. As a general rule, the people helping out in this forum don't write code for others, but try to help with fixing code that doesn't work. You may perhaps get someone to write this script for you, but you'll be far more likely to get help if you have made a substantial effort and written some code yourself. Then someone here will almost certainly help you correct/improve your work.
You are very unwise to reveal your email adddress in a public forum. The bots will soon find it and inundate you with spam/malware.

Yeah, yeah. But I know absolutely nothing about Jscript. :/ I've decided to just create a webpage with HTML, and add a parachat to it. Easy enough, though I'll still have to do the combat manually. And it doesn't have to be a /free/ service. If someone could make me exactly what I'm looking for, I'd be willing to pay them for it. If I tried to do it my self, it would probably be irreparable by even the best coders. Haha. Oh, and my email already has thousands of spambots attacking all the time. It's my secondary email address, the one that I give out. ;P
If you are willing to pay (a sensible amount to hire somone's professional skills), post your request in the Web Projects sections of the forum. Just because you know nothing about Javascript that is not a reason why other people should do your work for free.
