Hi

I am currently have a website which allows visitors to register and become a user. They then need to pay a fee and then contact me so I can upgrade their account to a sellers account. This is a car sales site.

I am wanting to add a papal & moneybookers as an instant payment option for all world users and also allow Australian users the option to click on one of a few options which will send them an email with either the internet banking details, bank deposit details or cheque/money order details etc.

Upgrade options payment plans should work as a per vehicle amount plan controlable from the admin panel. This means adding, editing, deleting plans according to need as well as being able to chose wheaher a plan is going to be for a Private seller or dealer.
At the same time I want the sellers account changed to an upgrade option from a users account to PRIVATE SELLER or DEALER.


At the moment the admin has the ability to edit member accounts and either upgrade/de-grade accounts. This option must stay but obvisouly amended to suit all the new changes.

There will/is more work for the capable programmer.

UpDate;
My last programmer after 2 weeks of doing only 1 amendment on the log-in form told me that it was better to change scripts because it was too hard. SO I let him change it to what he requested WP and told me it would be easy and fast from here on end.

2 weeks later now and he hasn't done practically anything, and I haven't heard from him in 4 days. Yet these people have the nerve to demand money upfront. More money down the drain with no results.


NOTE;
I am after a RELIABLE programmer AGAIN who can work with wordpress.
