technorati, digg.com, stumbleupon, try these popular sites

Then gather list of link building directories, you may see link below:

http://albongat.com/content/free-lin...directory-list

But make sure you only choose where to submit, ignore spammy sites or it will hurt your site reputation. Also, just submit enough links per month like maybe 20-50, try to do other seo activities and update your site. Link building is worthless if there is nothing in your site triggering the search engines.

Thanks.

akosiana gave some good tips for you in terms of directories. Definitely keep in mind, though, that SEO is a wide combination of things. I've always found this site helpful for some good tips on boosting your site's page rank:

cineweekly.com can only hope to improve
Some people say my site functions like a blog (there's no comment boxes or regular links to other sites, just 100% original content) so could I submit to technorati? I believe it searches tags but I haven't specified anything like that since... my site's not a blog.

More importantly though, is it really all that bad if I don't have keywords in my urls? My site launched in late December is it too late to change? I use appropriate page titles and in the actual content I use headings, bolding, and emphasis properly but it's way more convenient for me to use this format:

example.com/sunday/110109.php

A similarly themed site (aintitcoolnews.com) uses that kind of method and it's still a very popular site. Should I maybe do something like this:
example.com/sunday/110109-keyword-for-title-here.php

Hi,
You can do Blogging, forum posting, Directory Submission, social networking, etc or you can get SEO service from any online sites, so that you don't have to do all this manually by yourself!!! Personally,I would suggest Tucktail.com ,they help to increase your search rankings with keyword, and get guaranteed exposure with pay-per-click advertising along with other advanced SEO techniques!!
