Google and youtube is your best option. Start with learning simple stuff like
making a login/register script to connect to a mysql database.

The best way to learn is practical. Do something then look at what you're doing and understand the code by then you should know better ways of doing something.

PHP In Easy Steps is a GREAT book that i learned from. Might be slightly outdated now but it'll get you at LEAST on the right path. lol
