Buy, Sell, Trade Broken Stuff Website Partner

I would like to partner up with someone who
Is interested in working with me on a site that
I have already started. It is a site that let's
Users Buy, Sell Trade Broken Stuff.

The site is already up and running. Basically
Users can take anything they have that is
Broken and post it up on the site with
Pictures of the item and offer it for sale
In the city and state the items is located
In. Currently it has the 50 states with more
Than 19,000 cities listed. I would like to
Take it global and figure out a revenue
Stream for it. I am not looking for a equity
Partner as I have my own funds to keep
The project going. Would like to partner
Up with someone who likes the idea of the
Site and sees my visions and is willing to
take it to another level.

So what exactly will the 'partner' do-programming?ideas?, how will you pay him, how much and other stuff. Expand more on the thread please.

A layout with a new direction for the site.
I have a programmer that I use for the
Site, so if you are a programmer that
Would be good, but if not that's fine
Cause I can use my programmer.

I would pay with money plus be will
Willing to give a profit share in the site.

Most important is to find someone who can
Steer the site in the right direction. Such as
Creating or Coming up with more end user
Ideas for he site to be more active.

1. Your programmer needs to adjust the number of items next to the categories. Categories with (1) item show nothing while categories with (2) items only show 1. listing

Or adjust the start listing number since the 'similar items' shows more.

Yes I know that it shows only one when there are 2 postings in
the categories section, and 0 when there is only 1 post in the
category section. The reason for this is cause the 1 is being shown
on the homepage so it is not counting that one in the category,
but yes you are right it should show all.

Also that was a good catch on that, You looked at the
site vey carefully, I would say this is a niche site
cause it caters to broken stuff.
