create a TV Guide XML Language

is there any one who can help me to create a TV Guide XML Language
i have the page and i am having problem on how to start it
http://www.tvguide.com/Listings/
You can omit the advertising elements i.e. Kathy Griffins

XML Language should consist of:
a. XML Sample Data
b. DTD to define the sample data
c. Either an XML XSLT or and XSL-FO
d. CSS if you select XSLT

please any help will be appreciated

I suppose it is hopeless to ask if you do not mean to offer paid job. And if you do, I believe here is dedicated branch... ;-)

By the way from your words it is almost impossible to understand what do you mean. An by the way, would not JSON do better?
