1. FIX Start.php I need clicks, Comments and rate works at links!


2. When someone make update from links.php then in start over the links there will be the username at the person who made the update!, Day and time.

This isn't exactly the smallest project out there to do for free. Looks to me like you want:

• A news posting / commenting system
• A rating system
• A comment auditing system
• A private messaging system
• A e-commerce connected system
• A referral system
• A user system (implied)

This is a lot of functionality you ask for with no compensation. Despite what many may believe, programmers do have families they need to put food on the table for. And no, good code rarely comes cheap.

I don't expect you'll be wading through a line of people willing to help you out for free. If you are not willing to spend the money for the work to be performed, then I would suggest that learning how to program the required functionality is the best bet.
