trouble creating animated gif in fireworks CS5

can someone explain to me why i'm unable to create an animated gif using fireworks cs5?

Looks like you did everything right. Could it be that the photo viewer doesn’t display animated GIFs as animations? Load the images in a browser of your choice and look what happens.
