I'm looking for someone who can code this below template in CSS for me. I would like to see at least one layout that you have coded in CSS (for reference) and I would like to know your price. My budget is not that big unfortunately, but this is not a too hard job I think so it would fit an small/intermediate budget.
Layout should be fixed width and height btw.
