Why my post is not showing Rounded Corners in IE 9 - Page 2

Hey Coothead,
well you are right, right now its like 12:23am here in kabul afghanistan

i tried to use spoon.net/browser but it needs some good internet speed lol and i have 20 KBps of internet speed.
Sometimes i think maybe i am in a bad place for site developments and learnings :P as i always face issues with internet ^_^ but i guess its okay i am learning the harder way.
I hope someone finds solution to my problem as i am already at snails speed.

Well TEED my problem with IE9 is solved, i guess now you are the only one left behind to see what's wrong at your side, well today i went through something over internet and i understood what was wrong, it was already told to me by someone in other forum but as he was using less text to say it, assuming i understand what he is saying i was not able to understand but when i reached a post and say this picture everything got CLEAR FOR ME.

Press F12 and see your browser mode and document mode if they both are for IE 9 or not. my issue was in document mode it was set to IE 8. Thank God the problem is solved :P
