Why my post is not showing Rounded Corners in IE 9
Hello,
well its really weird here http://www.bloghuts.com/2011/04/sports-games.html if you see the buttons like (All Bicycles Motorcycles Cars Soccer Monster Truck Vehicle Skating Cricket) they have ROUNDED CORNERS in IE 9 but i am redesigning it in my testing site. But the problem that i am facing is that there i don't see the ROUNDED CORNERS on the same buttons (All Bicycles Motorcycles Cars Soccer Monster Truck Vehicle Skating Cricket) in IE 9. Here you can see the testing page where i don't see ROUNDED CORNERS http://bloghutsbeta.blogspot.com/201...ting-2_04.html i went through the code again and compared it with actual site code but didn't reached any conclusions why is this happening.
Even though i know CSS still i think i am doing some childish mistake :P i would be really thankful for your guidance as its annoying me ^_^.
thanks for a reply.
Well the issue is that i don't want to increase the size of my codes, so script is not an option for me, if i was going to use script i would have used images for corners it would have been better as they would have small size then this script size. Plus it would work in all browsers, but again script and images i am not going to use them and i don't want rounded corners in other IE version just in IE 9. As its going to be used for my site which is for up to date people. if they are using out of date versions its their problem not mine.
If just one person would have actually went and checked the 2nd link in IE 9 i wouldn't have faced this much issue on thinking that what is wrong plus i would have saved sometime. But instead of you friends checking the link just one time in IE 9 you people just came and gave me lectures.
There is no issue in IE9 its only the problem in IE 9 that i have, in other people IE9 it is having rounded corners PLUS by using adobe browserlab i confirmed it myself too.
Thanks anyways for your comments, have a nice day everyone and take care of yourselves ^_^

What??? Where do you see anyone giving you "lectures"?? I got rather busy and forgot to come back and post a reply to you. I viewed your test page in IE9 and no your corners were not rounded. I just checked and no they still aren't rounded.
Hi teed,
well to me it doesn't appear rounded either but i saw it in a snapshot of browserlab of Adobe which is for cross browser checking plus in this post another person he said this too you can see his comment here http://csscreator.com/topic/why-my-p...d-corners-ie-9
Now i am really really confused what's going on? either you have ie9 issue like me or maybe something else is going that is beyond thinking for me
and if the corners are not rounded okay i would agree to it as i am confused if they are or not, so lets choose your option if they are not appearing rounded in ie9 why is it so, where did i went wrong, i used the same css in bloghuts.com and they appear rounded in ie9 but when i used it here now its teasing me.
God now someone kill me hehehehehehehe
thanks for your comment coothead.
I think now the issue is not on how to solve the problem on why not appearing as rounded in ie9, now its to findout what's wrong that it appears rounded to web applications and some people, while it doesn't appear to few people like me and teedoff
Well i don't have a very good impression of forums on me BUT believe me this time the problem is getting worse but still i am enjoying it.
Specially the comment by Coothead.
Well i would have declared my browser and teed's browser being wrong installed if the softwares would have declared that it is rounded, :P
In IE TESTER it is not rounded but in ADOBE browserlab it is rounded HAHAHAHAHAHA
I am just taking out the hairs of my head, as not only humans got conflict programs are also having the conflict. As far as i know about my IE9 it is a liar :P as previously when i add lightbox to my site it was not working in ie9 for me but later i found out it was the error only for me not for anyone else. But this time i can't say such things because of IE TESTER.
Still we would reach a conclusion if 80% of results prove that its rounded except me and teed no one has reported it not to be rounded.
I asked out at other forums too but people are always busy or lazy sometimes
