I need a site very similar to www.mybuilder.com built in PHP/MySQL. This is a bespoke, not an off-the-shelf project, and I need someone who is highly capable and good at communication to see this through with me.

I am a PHP developer myself with very high standards, but I am too busy to take this on. If I work well together with the person/team I hire, it will mean more ongoing work.

Please reply if you are interested, including a rough estimate of price if possible. You can quote based on what you see in MyBuilder's system. I am expecting the site to be built using full templating/MVC, with high standards (lots of input validation and data cleaning etc).
