Looking for a part-time PHP programmer

I just took on a couple projects and I'm a little overwhelmed right now and I'm looking for someone with 2+ years experience with PHP, MySQL and Ajax / Jquery (or some other javascript framework) to help with a couple projects I've got.

All work would be hourly and I'd like a solid estimate before beginning work. Pay is negotiable.

Preferences will be given to individuals who meet the following:

Send 2 - 3 references
Send me 2 - 3 urls of sites you've worked on
Are based in the US
Are available for about 5 hours (possibly more) / week for work.
Basic understanding of Linux admin (i.e. not afraid of the command line)

I haven't decided on pay rate, but I'm more concerned about total cost. If you can get done in 1 hour at $60 / hr what a $30 / hr programmer can do in 2, I won't have a problem. Two projects that I currently have are about $2,000 and $1,000 respectively in my budget.
