It's not actually very unique. If it were loaded with HTML5/CSS3, maybe so as not many hosting providers have taken the new technology up.

At best, it's mediocre and overpriced.

The problem with this design that it does not look like web 2.0 site everything is squeezed to the centre. You can get better looking WP theme for less of a price.
