Hello there coders. I am looking for an experienced web designer, and a coder (preferably one person/company) to create a Question/Answer based website.
This website will be concentrated on a game called Starcraft2 (starcraft2.com) This website has to allow users to :

• Ask questions
  Answer questions
  Upvote/downvote questions
  Connect player profile to battle.net
  Remove questions
  Add categories
  Add user categories (admin, mod, pro etc.)
  and such functions.

I am looking for a quote, probably wont go more than $700, but still name your price. Thanks
