Everything that needs an import (even the stuff imported by default, like String) shows up as an error in eclipse, sites with java apps that I know to work return errors, and it still shows up in revoUninstaller. Then I reinstall using ninite (I used that on my desktop, and it works fine every time). I have my workspace as a folder in dropbox, but that would cause the same problems on my desktop, which is also set up that way. It isn't every time, either. About every third time, but it's random.
and sorry it took so long to respond; I've been hard at work with a project that has to be ready by the 16th to ensure no legitimate sites fall victim to SOPA and the surrounding corporate warfare.
